This year we are celebrating 90 years since the La Sarraz Declaration. As it has been close to a century since that moment so significant for the form of cities and territories, it becomes urgent to revisit it for all that it sums up in terms of historical dynamics and life courses, both individual and collective, of visions and criticism of a world in transition. The 4th Bernardo Secchi study day will be devoted to this comparison and to the new challenges to be faced.
