Contrées ressources
Nathalie Mongé, Séraphin Hirtz, Raphaël Niogret, Thomas Bolliger, David Martin and Sébastien Munafò
commons – proximity – resource landscape – measured mobility – memory
Final presentation:
The Geneva team (atelier apaar, Sofies and 6t) considers that the territory of the Geneva basin, through its qualities and functions, will be called upon to develop in a dynamic, multifunctional and renewable way, like a resource-landscape. Ruptures in certain major international dynamics, as well as citizens’ aspirations for new ways of life, will contribute to shaping new territories of the commons, of synergies and of dialogue. Mapping these resources in relation to the subsoil, the soil, the above-ground, the climate and the heritage of Greater Geneva will bring to light the possibilities of ecosystemic management of the territory as well as new forms of production and habitat. These various territorial components will emerge as so many Resource Regions offering precious attributes of different kinds of proximity.
